Setup Plan Contacts in Relius for Notifications
The full email address for each iJoin Notification recipient must exist in Relius and in iJoin for Notifications to send with a successful status.
- The Plan contact information can be verified in iJoin on the Plan Details / Contacts tab.

- iJoin pulls the Plan contact email information from Relius for the following contacts:
- Primary Employer / Sponsor
- Primary Plan Contact
- Primary Administrator
- The Primary Advisor email address information is created and stored in iJoin on the Plan Settings / Profile tab.

Setup Relius Plan Contacts
In Relius, go to the Contact Management System:
- Primary Employer / Sponsor
- Company level – Internet tab – Primary Plan Sponsor / Employer – Be sure to check the Primary box and click Save.
- Company level – Internet tab – Primary Plan Sponsor / Employer – Be sure to check the Primary box and click Save.
- Primary Plan Contact
- Contact level / Plan Association tab – Primary Plan Contact – Be sure to check the Primary box and click Save.
- Contact level / Plan Association tab – Primary Plan Contact – Be sure to check the Primary box and click Save.
- Primary Plan Administrator
- Utilities – System Administration – System Administrator Update – System Users – Primary Email / Plan Access – Primary Plan Administrator – Be sure the Primary Email Address is correct and the Plan Access tab is populated with the Plan Access information. Save any changes.
- If changes are made to the Relius / contact information, a Plan Sync is required to pull the new information into iJoin.
