Why is the Beneficiary section of iJoin not turned on for a Plan? 

It is likely that the Collect Beneficiary toggle is turned off for the Plan under the Experience Setup > Other Enrollment Settings section.

  • Set the toggle to ‘On’.
  • The field may have been turned off because Beneficiary collection is turned off in Relius. You can either update Relius to allow Beneficiary collection or check the ‘Do not override these settings with data from the recordkeeping system’ to ovoid having the field changed when your Plan Syncs execute.
